A: DMG's audit service typically generates 2%-5% in hard savings of your small parcel spend. Also, our audit process typically uncovers another 5%-7% in soft savings via optimization (e.g., recurring address corrections, zone skipping, package consolidation, etc.). Our goal is to catch as many errors as possible, because we are only compensated as a percentage of your hard, verifiable savings.
Q: Will using DMG affect my carrier relationships? A: No. The credits recovered are money the carriers already know they owe you. Carriers intentionally make it very difficult for a shipper to know when a refund is owed and even harder for the shipper to get it. DMG accommodates both. Without the necessary technology, it's nearly impossible for you to recover credits on your own.
